Upload your presentation and take the slow, heart-thumping walk to the centre of the stage to deliver the speech of your lifetime.
Learn from the audience reactions whether you are speaking too quickly or slowly, too loud or soft or with intonation in your voice while looking them in the eye. If its not going well, try and win them back. If theyre fully engaged, practise and practise until your scores are at a maximum.
This allows you to practise public speaking in a safe arena. Inexperienced public speakers can use it to desensitise themselves to the anxiety of speaking in public and control their Adrenalin, more experienced speakers can hone their audience engagement.
